My first contact with product management was Scribay, a side-project initiated with Manuel Darcemont.

This creative writing platform was imagined as an ecosystem bringing together a community of authors and custom tools. All the platform’s features cover the entire literary journey of an author: inspiration, sharing, peer-reviewed, corrections…

When the project was launched, I was simultaneously an economic analyst, a teacher at Sciences Po and the general secretary of an employers' union. In 2016, I left these positions to focus on this project for two and a half years. A few years later, even though we hadn’t managed to generate a salary, Scribay was technically stable and financially self-sufficient, while its community continued to grow without any advertising.

In 2019, I was able to take my first steps in product management for other companies by integrating DS Automobiles as product owner. My scope as PO covered that of the DS Automobiles platform, used in 19 countries.

One year later, I joined Cook Angels, a startup of cooking baskets. My role was to manage and prioritize the development of:

  • the back office for the marketing, cooking and logistics teams,
  • the e-commerce plateform’s back-end and front-end.

At the same time, I had to organize the company’s digital factory, made up of 4 developers, 1 UX and 1 UI.

In 2021, the Editis group, then Vivendi’s publishing arm, bought Scribay and recruited me to lead the project internally. For two years, my role as director and product manager was to transform the platform, ensure its integration into the Editis ecosystem and launch new paying offers. Scribay became l’Atelier des Auteurs and continued to expand. My mission came to an end two years later, in April 2023, when the platform was fully taken over by the Editis in-house team.

Today, I’m continuing my career in product management and remain open to all opportunities!
